Printing, Framing & Displaying your Restored Photos
Printing your photos
Once you have had your photos restored or enhanced, we can print them and send them to you. We will print them carefully by hand. But this is an expensive process - we do not have the low cost production facilities of dedicated printing houses. We charge £4 for colour printing up to A4 size. And £2 for black and white. (You can fit as many photos as you like onto the A4 sheet - the price stays the same.)
If you want a cheaper but still reliable printing service, you could try Pixum:
Pixum also provide a number of other ways of using your restored photos, including making photo books, printing on canvas and onto gift items.
Framing Photos
You may want to frame your restored photos and display them on the wall. We could arrange the framing for you. Or you could go direct to a framing company. We can recommend this company:

Printing onto Canvas
Restored photos will have less "noise" in them and so can be enlarged. You then have many options for how to print and display them on the wall. Companies, in addition to Pixum, that you might like to consider include:
- Photobloc.com specialises in printing onto canvas. And if you quote code PH28350 when you order, you will receive a 10% discount.
- Point101 Photographic Printers: www.point101.com. Specialises in printing your photos on canvas and perspex. Preview your image in their virtual living room.
- Photo Canvas Printing: www.photocanvasprinting.com. Turn your photos into works of art by having your photo printed on canvas
Photo Gifts
Another way to make good use of a restored photo is to have it put onto a mug so that you can see it every day. You can do this very easily by sending your photo to a site such as: www.mug-shop.co.uk.

yourself. Recommended.Photobooks
And if you have a number of photos to display, a great idea is to have a photobook made from them. You could submit your restored digital photos to myphotobook.co.uk and they will construct and print a quality photobook for you. Or talk to us if you would like us to arrange it all for you.
Photo Printers - the importance of separate inks.
And if you are thinking about getting a colour printer to print out your own photos, then my advice is to remember that the manufacturers sell these colour printers really quite cheaply. You end up paying for them via the inks that you will purchase over their lifetime. And the important way to keep the ink costs down is to buy a colour printer which has separate colour cartridges - like the Canon Pixma 1P4600. Otherwise you have to buy all the colours even if only one of them has run out.
